Returns
Since Emberbound Bookshop specializes in like-new and curated items ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless otherwise stated.
Please read item descriptions carefully before purchasing. Each book is inspected to the best of our ability, and condition details are provided whenever applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Every order is carefully packed before it leaves Emberbound. If your book arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong title or edition, please contact us at emberboundbookshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include the following information:

Your order number,

A description of the issue, and
-
Clear photos of the item and packaging.
If approved, we will offer:

A replacement (if available), or
-
A refund to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We do not cover shipping costs for returns, unless otherwise stated.
No Refunds For:
- Minor cosmetic issues on publisher overstock or curated books.
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier (we’d hand-deliver by dragon if we could).
- Deciding you no longer want the book.
